Cindya Perthy Iswandi earned her Medical Doctor degree in Indonesia in 2013, followed by a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Maastricht University in 2018, where her research focused on cardiovascular diseases. In 2024, she successfully completed cardiovascular training in Indonesia. Currently, she is pursuing a PhD at the Department of Cardiology at the University Medical Center Groningen under the mentorship of Professors Peter van der Meer, Nils Bomer, and Laura Meems. Her research focuses on advancing the prediction, prevention, and diagnosis of Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction (HFpEF).
